Welcome to our online shop and website. Please read through our Terms and Conditions carefully. They will explain the legal rights and liabilities related to your use of our website.

By using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

You will be required to confirm that you accept these terms and conditions when you order any Products from our site. Please click on the button marked "I Accept" at the end of these terms and conditions if you accept them. Please understand that if you refuse to accept these terms and conditions, you will not be able to order any Products from our site.

In accepting our Terms and Conditions you are declaring that you are 18 years of age or over.

Making a Purchase

Simply browse the store, adding items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. When you are happy with your selection click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for the few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We will then email you an order acknowledgement giving details of the products you have ordered. 
A further email will be sent as the order is despatched.  The contract between you and us will be completed as the order is despatched unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have changed or cancelled the order by contacting us within 24 hours of placing the order.
An order may not be accepted if the product is not in stock or if we have failed to obtain authorisation for your payment. 
Your credit/ debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of placing your order. 

Stock Availability

 If for any reason we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you except to ensure that you are not charged for that item.  If items are out of stock you will be notified by e-mail and given the option to request a full refund which would have the effect of cancelling your order.


All prices are shown in GBP and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 20%. A VAT receipt is included with all goods purchased.
The VAT is manually removed from the cost for purchases from outside the EEC. Please contact us prior to making payment for a revised total. A payment link will then be sent by Paypal or Worldpay money request.
We endeavour to ensure that all pricing is correct at all times. However, if an item is bought when it is listed at an incorrect price, we will take steps to rectify the issue. If a product's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatch or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.


Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by you on the order form.
All orders completed before 10am Monday to Friday are despatched the same day by appropriate courier according to the value of the order and destination. Orders, received after this time, are processed on the next working day.
Standard delivery services may take between 2 and 5 days for Mainland Uk and up to 7 working days for EU Countries.  Express and signed for options are available. For full details, please see our delivery information page.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.

Failed Delivery

Our carriers will call only once, and if no one is available to sign they will be unable to complete delivery unless other instructions have been given. In such cases your consignment will be returned to their local depot for collection by you, just as Royal Mail would do. If not collected from there within 5 days it will be returned to us. Please note our carriers' definition of 'local' may be some distance from your address.

Returned parcels always incur additional carriage charges. Any refunds given for non deliveries caused by such circumstances as given on this page will be made less the cost of the initial dispatch, and the return, as charged by our carriers. Repeat dispatch under such circumstances will also incur further carriage charges. These conditions also apply to orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer. Addresses cannot be changed after dispatch, nor can consignments be re routed without additional charges.

Further delivery attempts can be arranged, but only on our authority, and this is a chargeable service not included in our standard carriage fee. A further payment of £6.95 is required for each additional attempt. This is to cover the charges made to us by our carriers for such attempts.

Please note that for courier deliveries certain addresses within the UK are considered as outlying or remote, and are charged at a higher rate.  No surcharges will be made without informing the customer first. 

Non Delivery

Should our carriers be unable to complete delivery of your order, for any of the following reasons:

  • No one is available to sign for it
  • The order has not been collected from their depot
  • The address is incorrect or incomplete

Then your order will be returned to us. The customer will be responsible for all costs incurred by such returns, and any additional charges for re dispatch. Any refunds for such orders will be made less all carriage costs, and such costs may exceed the original carriage charge. This applies to all orders.


Cancellation of Order
The UK's Distance Selling Regulations require us to give you seven working days from the day after the day on which you receive your goods, in which you can change your mind and cancel your order. You must let us know and we will refund your payment. You must return any free gifts or special offers that were bundled with the original order.

If we have already delivered your order, and you are rejecting items that are not faulty, then it is your responsibility to return the goods to us, at your own cost. You must also keep the items in good condition, with undamaged and complete packaging, so that we can resell the items. We will refund the cost of the order.
If the goods are found to be faulty or incomplete, we will either (at our discretion) arrange for the goods to be collected, or request you to return them to us in a safe and secure manner and refund any pre-agreed carriage costs.
In any event, before you return an item you MUST contact us within 14 working days..
